My Experience at Hendy Mitchell's Cafe, Salon and SPA Cebu

I am Khaleesi, and here's my bad experience at Hendy Mitchell's Cafe, Salon.

I purchased the groupon voucher for two on October 21, 2011 from the Beeconomic website. I went to their salon on Saturday to redeem their promo. They also offered to have my hair cellophaned to reach optimum results. I was advised not to wet my hair for three days and so I did. However after rinsing my hair on the 3rd day, it turned out frizzy and unsatisfactory and so I went back on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 and aired out my complain. They applied a "power dose" treatment to fix it however my hair turned out to be frizzy still. I went back just today ta have it fixed finally and I brought my sister with me. We had an argument about the situation since they are willing to fix it using Keratin treatment but with a price of Php1,100.00 since it costs too much to be free(Php5,000), they said. I find this really unfair since I am the aggrieved party and I believe that it is provided by law that the performance of one's duty you must give what is due and just.

So in order to fix this, I offered to pay their treatment with the other coupon I purchased though it is against my belief to pay them!!! But since my hair is super ugly, I agreed.

Why the freaking world should I pay when it was their fault? We fought with the owner and ended up paying still with the other groupon. I  hope this will not happen to anyone in the future.

This serves as a warning to everyone who wants to get their services. Bad customer service! They did not even have the nerve to say sorry. They blamed my hair for the frizzy result.  " ma'am, dili man gud virgin imong hair..." F&*K, I gave them the history of hair, been rebonded for a almost two years..

I trusted their expertise but turned out they were no experts at all. Hendy Mitchell's Cafe, BOO!!!!
